Service Scope and Coverage

VPNKL provides subscription services for cross-border access, access to international websites, and improved connection quality on international routes. The service covers 100+ countries / 230+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available, route types, and client access points shown in the user panel take precedence.

The service provides network connectivity and route management; it does not control third-party websites, applications, or content platforms. Account eligibility, regional policies, content licensing, feature changes, and access results for third-party services are determined by those providers and are outside VPNKL’s control.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login details secure and remain responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under your account. If your account information may have been exposed, change your password promptly and stop sharing the relevant credentials.

Subscriptions support simultaneous use on unlimited devices, but only by the account holder and devices they reasonably manage. You may not sell, rent, or transfer a subscription, publish subscription links publicly, or offer the account as a shared service to unspecified individuals. You are responsible for access issues, data usage, or account risks caused by voluntarily disclosing account or subscription information.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Plan details, remaining traffic, and active status are determined by the records in the user panel.

Acceptable Use Requirements

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the service is used, and independently confirm that your network activity meets local requirements. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ lawful rights, interference with network facilities, distribution of malware, unauthorized system access, or large-scale abuse.

You must not affect route operations by continuously consuming resources, launching automated attacks, performing malicious scans, or using the service in any other way that clearly exceeds normal network acceleration purposes. VPNKL may take necessary action against conduct that threatens service stability, other users’ normal access, or network infrastructure security.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

International network quality may be affected by carrier routing, the network environment in your region, device configuration, third-party platform policies, and temporary maintenance. VPNKL maintains its routes and subscription systems, but does not guarantee that any route, region, or third-party service will remain available in every environment, or that connection speeds will remain unchanged.

If you experience connection problems, first try switching routes, updating your subscription, or checking the client configuration. For interruptions caused by device faults, configuration errors, changes to third-party services, public-network issues, or other circumstances beyond VPNKL’s reasonable control, the service will provide troubleshooting information where practicable, but will not be liable for indirect losses, changes in expected benefits, or decisions made by third parties.

Refunds and Account Termination

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no reason required. Submit refund requests through the service access point provided in the user panel so the relevant order and account status can be verified. Submit duplicate payments, abnormal order statuses, and similar issues through the same access point.

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, engage in unlawful use, interfere with service operations, or otherwise seriously violate these Terms, VPNKL may restrict relevant connections, suspend the service, or terminate the account. Before or after taking action, the service may provide an appropriate explanation in the user panel. Account termination does not affect responsibilities or dispute resolution relating to events that occurred before termination.

Changes to and Governing Application of These Terms

VPNKL may update these Terms in response to service changes, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updated content will be published on this site with the latest revision date. Material changes affecting user rights or usage rules may also be displayed in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy of this site together form the rules governing use of the service. If any provision cannot be enforced under applicable rules, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
