VPNKL Setup Guide

Follow the page from account setup and plan selection through client connection. The main path covers only the essential actions; see the viewing guide and help center for route details, streaming region rules and advanced troubleshooting.

No email address required Unlimited devices 100+ countries / 230+ routes 30-day no-questions-asked refund
Step 1

ACCOUNT

Create an account and open the user panel

Start by opening the VPNKL account setup page. You only need to create a username and password; no email address is required. The username is used to sign in to the user panel later, while the password protects your plan, subscription link and order information. Use a username you can keep track of, and store a reliable copy of your password. If your browser asks to save sign-in information, decide based on how you use the device.

Enter your username and password on the account setup page, check that both password entries match, and submit the form. Once processing is complete, you will enter the user panel or be prompted to sign in with the details you just created. After signing in, confirm that you can see entries such as the overview, plans and clients. Your account is now ready, but it does not yet have an active subscription; choose a suitable plan next.

If the form stays on the same page after submission, check the message near the input fields. Common causes include a username format that does not meet the page requirements or passwords that do not match. Correct the issue and submit again. Avoid creating multiple accounts: plans and subscriptions are linked to the signed-in account, so switching accounts can make a service purchased under one account appear missing from another.

Step 2

PLAN

Choose a plan based on your data needs

On the Plans page in the user panel, you will find monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. These plans suit regular use with fairly stable monthly needs. Estimate your usage first rather than choosing by price alone: browsing, messaging and documents usually use less data, while long HD video sessions and large downloads use it faster.

Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Purchased data remains available until used and never expires. They suit irregular usage or anyone who does not want a monthly reset. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. If your needs are unclear, start with a lower data tier and adjust after reviewing the usage records in the panel.

After choosing a plan, use the start option on its plan card. Check the plan name, data allowance and amount, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Return to the user panel after payment and do not close a page that is still processing. Once the order status updates, subscription details will appear in the overview. All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices and include a 30-day no-questions-asked refund.

If payment is complete but the panel has not updated yet, reopen the overview and check the order status. Do not submit the same order again before its status is confirmed. If you still cannot verify it, use the ticket entry in the user panel to submit the order details; support will handle it using the records linked to your account.

Step 3

SUBSCRIPTION

Get your subscription link from the overview

Once your plan is active, open the user panel overview. Find the subscription section, confirm that the plan is active, and check the remaining data. The subscription link is the address clients use to retrieve the route list, not a regular webpage address. Click the copy button to place the link for your current account on the clipboard, then paste it into the client’s subscription import field.

The actual link is generated by the user panel, so this page does not display a real subscription address. If you need to recognize the format, use only this clearly fictional value as a reference: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. Do not import it into a client; it contains no usable routes. Do not manually edit characters in the real link. A missing character, extra space or partial copy can prevent the client from updating.

The subscription link is tied to your account service and should be protected like your sign-in details. Paste it directly into the client after copying it, and do not post it in public chats, forums or shared documents. If the link was exposed somewhere you do not control, check the user panel for a reset option. If you cannot find one, explain the situation in a ticket and import the updated link afterward.

Some browsers restrict clipboard access. If copying does not show a success message, select the link and use the system copy function. Before pasting it into the client, check that the beginning and end are intact. Then import or update it, making sure not to include search terms, explanatory text or line breaks.

Check the plan status and remaining data, then copy the current subscription.

Step 4

CLIENT IMPORT

Import the subscription on each platform

Before importing, get the client matching your device system from the client download section in the user panel. This site does not publish static installer links on marketing pages; client access is provided in the user panel. This helps you choose the right platform version and view the relevant download instructions while your plan is active. After installation, open the client and find the subscription entry in the platform section below.

W

Windows

On Windows, use the desktop client provided in the user panel. After opening it for the first time, look in the sidebar or top menu for “Subscription,” “Configuration Management” or “Import from URL.” Add a new subscription and paste the copied link in full into the address field. You can enter VPNKL as the name to distinguish it from other configurations, then save and run an update.

After the update, the client will show a route list. If it is still empty, return to subscription management and check for extra spaces in the address, then run another manual update. When regions such as the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the United Kingdom or Germany appear, the subscription has been read correctly and you can continue to connection verification.

M

macOS

On macOS, get the corresponding desktop client from the user panel as well. If the system asks for network configuration permission on launch, read the prompt and allow the client to create the connection configuration. Then open the client’s subscription management or configuration sources page, add one via URL, paste the subscription link and save it.

After saving, click Update Subscription and wait for the route names to appear. If the menu bar client does not open a full window, click its menu bar icon first, then open settings or configuration management. Follow only the steps shown by the client and system for permissions; do not create the same configuration repeatedly in other apps.

A

Android

On Android, use a client that supports subscription-link imports. Its download entry is still in the user panel. After installing and opening it, go to the configuration, subscription or profile page, tap Add, and choose Import from Link. Paste the subscription address from the clipboard into the URL field, enter a recognizable name, then save and update.

The first time you connect, Android will show a system request for a network connection. Confirm that the request comes from the client you just installed, then allow the connection. A connection indicator in the status bar only means that the client has created a network configuration; verify actual access by opening the target service in the next step.

I

iOS

On iPhone and iPad, use the iOS client and download instructions listed in the user panel. In the client, look for Subscription, Remote Configuration or Add from URL. Paste the subscription link, confirm that it is complete, save it and run an update. Some clients show the subscription name first; tap it to reveal the individual routes.

The first time you connect, iOS will show a system request to add a network configuration. Confirm it as prompted, return to the client, choose a route and connect. If another similar configuration was installed previously, make sure the current client is in the foreground and the VPNKL subscription is selected, so you do not mistake an older route for the newly imported one.

Step 5

CONNECT & CHECK

Choose a route and verify the connection

After importing, choose a region from the client’s route list that matches your intended use. For services in Asia, start by comparing routes in Hong Kong, Singapore or Japan. For region-specific content, choose the exit region required by the target service. Route types may include IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes or direct connections. Use stable access to the target service as your first benchmark rather than studying every parameter immediately.

After choosing a route, click Connect. When the client shows Connected, open a regular webpage first to confirm basic access, then open the website, app or streaming service you actually need. The current route meets your needs only when the page loads, the account region is as expected, and playback or the request continues. The client status alone cannot confirm that regional rules match.

If regular webpages load but the target service reports a region mismatch, disconnect and switch to another route in the required region. Close any old page still open in the target app, then reopen it. Some apps retain the previous region result, so you may need to exit them completely before checking again. For region checks on Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, YouTube Premium, Prime Video and BBC iPlayer, continue with the Viewing Guide.

If no pages load after connecting, disconnect and try another route, then confirm that the client subscription has been updated. If access still does not return, restart the client and connect again; do not delete your account or purchase another plan immediately. If the issue affects only one device, test another device with the subscription imported. VPNKL supports unlimited simultaneous devices, making this comparison useful for distinguishing a client setting from the current network environment.

At this point, account setup, plan selection, subscription import and connection verification are complete. When opening the client later, update the subscription first, then choose a route based on your region. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages remain available until used and never expire. Use the user panel overview as the source of truth for remaining data, plan status and the subscription link.

Completion checklist

  • The user panel shows the plan as active
  • The client has loaded the subscription route list
  • The system has allowed the client to create a network configuration
  • Both regular webpages and the target service load normally
  • The target service shows a region that matches the purpose of the selected route
